John Wadlow

As founder and principal of Wadlow Solicitors, John has over 38 years of experience as a Solicitor. John’s wealth of experience and meticulous attention to detail has ensured the best outcomes possible for his substantial base of loyal clients.

John practices predominantly in commercial transactions, Wills, Estates, Disputed Estates and Land Transactions.

John is a past member of Rotary and continues to support Trees for Life and Blaze Aid.

For some forty-three years, John was a member of the Australian Army Reserve.  As a Major, he carried out various roles including Regimental, Training and Personnel.  He also worked with a Project Team to help develop technology for the future battlefield.

John has an active interest in Military history and provides pro-bono support to a number of authors and military history groups.

Blake Wadlow

Blake quickly identifies and evaluates challenging legal problems and provides thoughtful, honest and pragmatic solutions that seek to provide the most positive and cost-effective outcomes possible for his clients. Paul Hoadley

Paul Hoadley is a Director and Lead Developer at Logic Squad, an Adelaide and Melbourne-based software development firm. Paul has a degree in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics (as well as Medicine, Surgery and Philosophy) from the University of Adelaide, and 15 years experience in the software industry. He provides specialised consulting services to Wadlow Solicitors in the area of software-related contracts and agreements, including Development and Licence Agreements, and Independent Contractor Agreements.

We can produce development and licence agreements, independent contractor agreements, and a range of other documents, or review your existing material. Peter Bogatec

Peter is a barrister and solicitor who is engaged as an advocate lawyer.  He is admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia and is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Australia. He served primarily as a Commando qualified officer in the Australian Special Forces. 

Peter specialises in Family Law, Criminal and Veteran’s Entitlements matters, where clients are confronted with claims of PTSD, malicious intervention orders, contested parenting disputes, military superannuation and defence or police service pension splitting orders.

Supplementary to his legal qualifications, Peter holds a Bachelor of International Studies, majoring in counter-terrorism.  Peter has successfully represented clients nationally in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Fair Work Commission.  Peter is a former member of the Australian Law Enforcement Firearms Trainers Association and is an expert witness in the use of force in military and law enforcement contexts.

Lucas Hazel

Lucas is a Barrister and Solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia. His passion is commercial litigation. He has appeared before South Australian and Commonwealth Courts.

With an LL.B (Bachelor of Law) and a B.Int.St (Bachelor of International Studies), Lucas is able to understand legal matters from a variety of different perspectives and apply critical thinking to a diverse range of commercial, economical, and societal issues.

Lucas is direct and decisive with clients. In addition to English, he speaks German and is learning French.

Adam Hay

Adam is a barrister and solicitor whose main practice is in family law, wills and estates, and general law. He has previously worked in administrative law as in house counsel. He is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System.
